Anyone with a login. Every row on the People tab in Settings is one person, whether they are in the office or on a site, and the number your plan includes is the number of logins your shop can have.
Your clients are not people in this sense and never count. A client opens a link you send and never makes an account or a password.
Adding another person is refused, with a message naming your plan and the number it includes. Nothing is charged for a seat nobody asked for, and no half-made account is left behind.
From there you either remove someone who has left, or move up a plan and the limit moves with it.
We build your shop from a pack of your own files, following the same runbook every time: your rates workbook, your terms, the text your documents print, your covering notes and follow-up emails, your email templates, your handover kit, your build steps and your branding.
You sign in to a shop that is already yours. Everything in that pack can also be typed into Settings by you, which is what a shop that skips the fee does. Nothing in it is invented on your behalf: a figure you do not send is a figure we leave blank.
Yes. Open the Sending card in Settings, type your domain, and the card lists the DNS records to publish and reads the status back when you press Check.
Until it verifies, your mail goes from a managed Casework address under your own shop name, with your own address as the reply-to, and the card says so. A client sees your shop either way.
Terms are agreed on the call. We are not going to print a number of months on this page that we have not talked to you about first.
Invoiced. There is no card on file, no checkout and no self-serve billing anywhere in the product, so nothing on this page can charge you.
Your plan is set on your shop by us, after the call.
Never. Every figure your client sees is arithmetic on rates you imported, and no model is anywhere near it. Turn the AI off entirely and the prices do not move.
What it drafts is two things, both from material you already have: a caption for a build step from that step and its photos, and a summary of one of your walkthrough videos from that video's transcript. Both arrive as drafts, both are edited by you, and nothing sends until you approve it. If the record does not hold a fact, the draft leaves it out rather than filling it in.
